Arrival & Departure

• • Check-In: Campground guests can settle in starting at 1:00 p.m.; Hotel guests can join us at 3:00 p.m. Don’t hesitate to request early check-in via text message. For the convenience of our guests, we have virtual check-in.  Instructions are emailed by 6:30 a.m. and sent via text by . 
  • Check-Out: All guests say goodbye by 11:00 a.m.   
  Early/Late Requests: Need a little extra time? Call or text us at (970) 874-5787 no sooner than the day prior to check-in and we’ll do our best to accommodate you

Housekeeping & Fresh Linens

• Fresh Towels & Linens: Simply place your used linens in the laundry basket outside your door by 11:00 a.m. for an exchange.
• Room Cleaning: We provide weekly housekeeping  for stays beyond 7 nights. For shorter stays, we offer cleaning services starting at just $20.
• Schedule: To book a cleaning, please text or call us by 5:00 p.m. the day before.

Payments & Cancellations

• Payment: To keep your adventure on track, please ensure your reservation is paid in full two days prior to your arrival.
• Cancellations: We know plans change! You can receive a refund (minus a 3% credit card processing fee) as long as you cancel by 12:01 a.m. (MT) two days before your check-in. 
  • Note: Monthly stays follow a separate agreement signed at booking.

Departing the Hotel

• When you’re ready to head out, please:

  1. Leave your exterior door key on the hook next to the interior door.
  2. Place the orange hanging sign on the outside of your interior door.

Our Commitment to You

• • Special Requests: If there is anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable, please let us know when you book!
  Your Assigned Unit: While we always strive to provide the specific room or site you booked, maintenance or staying guests may occasionally require us to move your unit. If we can’t provide an equal or better spot, you’ll have the option to cancel for a full refund.
