ABOUT YOUR STAY

Rules, Policies & Regulations

We are so pleased that you chose to stay at Agora Adventure Salida! We are pleased to offer you
virtual check-in, for your convenience. The morning of check-in, you will receive an email identifying our
Room(s) or Spot(s) numbers and further check-in details.

To make your stay as pleasant as possible (as well as comply with laws, and appease our attorneys and
insurance carrier), we humbly request your cooperation in observing the following rules, policies and
regulations. Any violation of these rules, policies and regulations will automatically terminate your right
to stay at Agora Adventure Salida (“Campground”) and we will retain your payment.

Agora Adventure, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company is referred to in these rules, policies and
regulations as “we,” “us,” or “our”.

We reserve the right to change any of these rules without prior notice to hotel guests (“you” or “your”).
Any situations not covered herein will be in management’s discretion to resolve. You agree to comply
with these rules and regulations as outlined below and are responsible for ensuring that all persons
staying with you or at the Campground by your invitation comply with these Rules.

Procedures

1. Check-in times for “Lodging Structures” (i.e. Cabins and the Two-Bedroom Suite) and
   “Campground Sites” are 3:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. respectively.
2. Collectively, Lodging Structures and Campground Sites are referred to as “Units” herein.
3. Check-out time for all guests is at 11:00 am.
4. We will try to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests made no sooner than
   the day prior to check-in on a first-come, first-served basis.
5. Deposits are 97% refundable until 12:01 a.m. Mountain Time Seven (7) days in advance of
   your Arrival Date.

Alcohol

1. Alcohol consumption is only permitted in/on your Unit.
2. Underage drinking will NOT be tolerated and will be reported to the police.
3. Loud noises and public intoxication are prohibited.

Bicycles

1. Children under the age of eighteen (18) are required to wear helmets.
2. All bicyclists are required to obey traffic laws, including speed limits.
3. Do not ride through other RV Park campsites.
4. Ride at your own risk.

Campfires

1. Campfires are only permissible when permitted by the County.
2. A firepit must be used responsibly and with adult supervision.
3. Campfires must remain inside the firepit.
4. Only approved burn materials are permitted.
5. Campfires must be fully extinguished before leaving the area.

Children

1. Children under sixteen (16) years of age must be supervised at all times.
2. Children and guests under sixteen (16) years of age must be in/on your Unit site no later than
   ninety (90) minutes after sunset.

Conduct and Undesirable Behavior

1. No business or commercial activity is permitted on the Campground.
2. Proper attire, including shoes and shirts, should be worn at all times.
3. Please refrain from vulgarity, obscenity, and disruptive behavior.
4. You are responsible for the conduct of your children, pets, and visitors.
5. Illegal activity may result in immediate removal without refund.

Fireworks

1. Fireworks are prohibited on Campground property.

Lodging Structures

1. Smoking is not permitted in Lodging Structures.
2. Only registered visitors are allowed in Lodging Structures.
3. Please notify us if you discover any damage.
4. Guest capacity limits must be observed.
5. Parties and gambling activities are prohibited.
6. Turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving.
7. Do not damage furniture or decorations.
8. Close all doors and windows when air conditioning is on.
9. Missing or stained towels and bedding may incur a fee.

Garbage

1. All garbage must be disposed of in the garbage dumpster.
2. No bulk or household garbage is permitted.
3. Food and trash must be secured properly.
4. Do not flush garbage down the toilet.

Liability

1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agora Adventure is not liable for loss related to fire,
   theft, accidents, or other causes.

Lost Items

1. Left items can be returned upon request for a handling and shipping fee.

Mail & Packages

1. You may not use the Campground as a permanent mailing address.
2. Please notify the Campground of expected packages in advance.
3. Large package disposal is prohibited onsite.

Noise

1. Please be considerate of neighbors.
2. Quiet Hours begin at 9 p.m. or 90 minutes after dusk and end at 7 a.m.
3. Loud music and excessive noise are prohibited.
4. Musical instruments require prior written permission.

Pets

1. Undisclosed pets will incur a fee.
2. Pets must be vaccinated, leashed, and supervised at all times.
3. Guests must clean up after pets immediately.
4. Aggressive pets or pets with bite history are prohibited.
5. Pet owners are responsible for all pet behavior.

RV Sites

1. Older RVs may require approval before booking.
2. Capacity limits must be observed after Quiet Hours.
3. Parking on grass is prohibited.
4. RV sites must remain clean and tidy.
5. Sewer connections must be airtight.
6. Winter heat tape requirements must be followed.
7. RV Sites are for residential purposes only.

Trespass

1. You must respect the privacy of others and not trespass on their Units.

Undesirable Behavior

1. Anyone acting in an offensive, injurious, or disruptive manner may be removed immediately
   without refund.

Utilities

1. Wi-Fi is available but outages may occur.
2. Agora Adventure is not liable for utility interruptions.

Vehicles

1. A valid driver’s license is required to operate vehicles on the property.
2. The speed limit is 5 mph.
3. Vehicle washing and repairs are prohibited.

Violation of Rules

Agora Adventure reserves the right to remove guests immediately without refund for any rule
violations.
